“On a fine day for Blood bowl an agile elf team showed that it does not require all muscles to win a blood bowl game. Good positioning and good ball handling showed the skillful side of the game and gives me hope and some tips to play with my elf team against phyiscally stronger opponents.
In the 1st half despite two casualities for Chaos, they field was even with 2 KO from Crimson, and good defending meant Chaos never had a free run on TD and despite charge by Cagney fell short and Crimson almost scored from turning over the ball.
In the 2nd half the blitz gave Chaos an early advantage and the ball changed hands a few times, however it was the elf team who managed to come away with the ball. I rushed blitz resulting in a failed dodge left Elric all the space to run to the end zone and score.
There was still time for some last minute exciting with Christain able to catch the ball with 3 elves surrounding him, as the crowd stood in expectation that sat down pretty quickly as he failed the dodge and the game ended.
Cheers mate had a lot fun and really happy to meet another player with such a good foul record like me. I feel revitalised in my effort to play a clean game while all around me has been laying in the boot. Good luck dude.”

CE received in the second but the Chaos forces Blitzed! them right from the start. James Cagney was able to get into the Dark Elf backfield and catch the ball. He was lit up moments later and he dropped the ball. For a few dangerous moments the ball switched possessions. Finally, CE came out of the scrum and threw the ball out to a wide open Elric. Elric ran to the end zone and scored on their seventh turn.
Chaos received and knowing there was little time left on the clock sent James Cagney out the right wing and the speedy Chaos Warrior, Christian Bale to the left wing. James Cagney was personally brought down by the Witch Lord Malikith ending his chances of scoring. With their first option down, CAH went to their secondary receiver. Christian was mobbed by four Dark Elves. One of them was knocked away from him but there were still three left. The Chaos Warrior showed some great skills as he received the ball despite fighting off three defenders. Just when the entire stadium watched in amazement, Christian's leggings were brought down to his knees by a desperate CE player, tripping him over and ending the game.
