“Mondmatt has been away from Blood Bowl for a while, and after we sorted out the connection troubles, the game began. In the first kick-off a lot of the Elves were stunned by a crowd invasion, but I failed to put enough pressure on the ball area before the elves managed to recover the ball and get it to the wardancer. 1-0 to the Elves.
When I received the kickoff I managed to do a slow assault, but lost three players to injuries (badly hurt results), and had to do a handoff to Step for the TD, not being able to score with the Kroxigor. Step also managed to kill one of the Elven linemen in a block!
In the second half I simply had nothing to stop the Elves with. Being four players down after a while, with the opposition playing at ten, is a recipe for disaster defensively, even with the tree rooted. On the offense, I was close to score with a Skink again, but failed to get the ball from my Kroxigor (who received it due to an Elven miskick).
I was quite stressed out for large parts of the game, and simply misplanned much too often, and Mondmatt usually managed to take advantage of my mistakes effectively.”
