#7 JC Sunshine – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#7 JC Sunshine – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST)
#13 Kris – Smashed Knee (NI)
This was a game that was not nearly as close as the score suggests.
I was out-maneuvered, out-fought, out-gunned, and most importantly out-coached.
I am sad to say that my morale broke along with my players bones. I did not put up the fight that I should have. I couldn't (and still don't) see what, barring Nuffle's grace, I could do to win or even tie the game. The three snake eyes I rolled (2 trying to dodge with one of catchers) made it clear that I was no longer in Nuffle's favor.
All whining aside I could've made a better game of it. However my main focus near the end of the first half was to just try and save as much of the team as I could.
Stephen was kind and could've done a lot of damage.
It's said that you learn more from your losses than your victories. I hope that I've leaned something more than a fear of the Claw skill. :-)
