“Paragon of Malevolence received against the Wood Elves of Blackwood Slaves. The Dark Elves hadn't had a chance to face their forest dwelling cousins until today and they were eager for blood. The game started with a failed block (double skulls) followed by another failed block (double skulls). Perhaps they were a little too eager that they underestimated this team. This left the ball still on the ground. The Wood Elves quickly tried to come around the Dark Elf lines and the Catcher, Nywaen, covered the Dark Elf Quarterback, Darwin. Darwin slipped away from Nywaen (5 agi, 2+,2+,2+) and threw a short pass to Draeke. The Blitzer caught the ball and decided to hold it where he was (Blodger vs no tacklers). The Wishmaster's game plan was to leave an opening for a would be Elf hero to try and exploit. Sure enough attempts were made and a few times they failed. Coach BillBrasky was upset that his team was not getting the job done and started to call the Wishmaster a pure "Lucker." Little did he know that everytime an attempt was made it gave many opportunities for his team to get hammered. And such they began to get devastated with four Wood Elves in the knockout box and two badly hurt. Apparently the Master plan was working as intended. However, when you tempt fate it will catch you and on cue a brave Wood Elf was able to knock Draeke down (1d, POW). The ball was fumbled and it bounced in between two PoM players. BS tried to dodge in and pick up the ball (4+, made dodge, failed pickup) but failed causing it this time to bounce in between four of their players. PoM knocked a couple players off and just when they were about to recover the ball, the super agile, Darwin failed an easy dodge (2+, snake eyes).

This left the ball wide open for a pickup. A Wood Elf picked it up and passed it to Reymir who could have easily scored but his Coach had yelled for him not to. Another Wood Elf tried to cover for him but he fell unexpectedly (2+, snake eyes). Once again, Coach BillBrasky yelled at the Wishmaster basically saying that the game was one sided. Be that as it may, he made a mistake by leaving the door open for his ball carrier to get hit. For the same reason he called his opponent a "Lucker," he had done the same exact thing by leaving an opportunity to be taken advantage of. Nagash then ran up and knocked the Wood Elf ball carrier down (1d, BlockPow) and knocked out. That was a huge KO, as other PoM players came around to cover the two BS players in range to score. Havryn, managed to dodge free and single handedly push Nagash away. He dodged away from the Dark Elf player and fell on top of the ball on the end zone (2+). Nagash picked up the ball and handed it off to Elric who passed it to Judas who in turn ran in the touchdown just as the first half ended.

The second half begun with BS receiving. A Blitz! by PoM was wasted as the Wishmaster doesn't coach well when the opposing Coach is crying. He just feels bad for them. It's a weakness in his game that must be remedied. He made several mistakes that could have put this game away. Anyway, BS, had no choice but to do the classic "run the ball carrier straight down the right wing plan and hope he doesn't get knocked down." To their credit, two Wood Elves were assigned to protect him. It was not enough as they were quickly surrounded and Draeke (Bloding, Diving Tackle) came up to bar his path. In desperation the Wood Elf Lineman, Ormyn, charged the Blitzer head on (1d, POW, no RR used) and won! With a sigh of relief the ran in the tying touchdown, but there was plenty of time left on the clock exactly what the Wishmaster had wanted. Force the quick score and then continue the attack.

PoM received and they ran up the right wing with the Dark Elf blockers making a huge path. Emeyin was carrying the ball to ensure the win. Blackwood Slaves was held in check in this offensive drive and Emeyin just ran in the touchdown to give his team the win.
