Back in the lands of Fire, smoke and Steel, I got a brilliant idea. I really needed something extra powerful and strong, with a unique refreshing taste to get my boys in shape against a great Necro team with a good track-record.
Bloodweiser (tm) was the one and true answer. And indeed they were up to it. The troll killed a zombie, who regenarated on the first turn, and the turn after my Bull also killed a zombie (who yet again grew together). The Troll, truly psyked up on the one and only Bloodweiser, niggled a Flesh Golem in a truly epic feat of strength. Didn't fell prone to stupidity once, no doubt Bloodweiser must have a positive effect on the functioning of the Troll "brains".
The undead got down to 3-4 men on the fourth down, and I considered stalling. Yet a friendly representative, with whom my team has no affiliation, reminded me that it was against the "Bloodweiser" spirit of competition to stall. I tried to resist, but he was very persuasive, and I decided to score. The undeads took revenge, and one zombie singlehandedly managed to send the troll on vacation! Still, the spirit of Bloodweiser prevailed, and the Necros didn't score.
During the second half, a heavy fight along the sidelines erupted. The Bulls darted in and out, unstoppable and their spirits were high! After some sideline pushing, John Doe, inspired by the liquid power in his veins grabbed the ball and ran for his dear life, with most of the Necro team in pursuit! He got tackled, but managed to get up, grab the ball and make another desperate run for it!
The Crowd went absolutely nuts, but one of them dead bones managed to put a tacklezone on him. Thunderhooves started a long sprint across the field, and ran over to assist John doe. Yes, teamwork is what it's all about with both Bloodweiser and Bloodbowl!
John Doe blitzed his way out for an easy TD, winning the match. A nice, sporting match without any fouls (in the true spirit of competition and Bloodweiser) and the winnings were truly awesome. Thanks for the match, Lorion”
