“A very very ugly game with. The Kneeboones started in offence and managed to get a player advantage with some fouls and got some luck with the ref often turning a blind eye.

The CD's Troll caused a couple of turns to end early (Skull/Pow etc) letting the Kneebones get superior field advantage and eventually score.

In the second half, the Kneebones got a Blitz! but they had set up deep in defence and could only rush some players onto the LOS to put the CDs in a less advantageous position.

Both sides played tentatively, waiting for an opportunity to burst forward, and it was the Kneebones that got a chance to hit the ball carrier but it came up Pushes (was Double Skulls rerolled) and the CDs managed to swing the ball away to safety for the short term.

Finally the CDs set up a possible score and all it required was 2 GFI, but it was not to be (very unlucky) and the Kneebones escaped with a victory.”
