Defending OBBA Season VI Champions opened up the seventh season of teh mighty OBBA league with a 2-0 win over Glasgow Strangers. The honour of being the first game played in any division this season inspired great things from the squad who many thought over-achieved last season.

Glasgow kicked off and B'Orca went straight on to the offensive removing two Rotters in Turn 1, the ref turning a blind eye to a foul following an appeal by Coach Russo.

The half was reasonably close with a 1-0 score at half time as B'Orca did not rush the score using Keita for a rare TD.

In the second half though Strangers were quickly overrun and conceded a second TD due to poor tacticals decsions to collect the ball before securing the gaps in their line. B'Orca were ruthless and took the score through little dirty Cesc Fabregas. 2- B'Orca.

The restart saw Strangers attempt some sort of offensive but they quickly got bogged down and it petered out into nothing. The only downside of teh game for B'Orca was that 19 game old BOB Carecas was found to have a niggling injury on his second skill roll!!

Well played mate and better luck during the rest of the season.

================================================

Next up Coach Gritter and his one Mummy Khemri, a critical game to avoid permanent damage in to ensure a squad is kept to sustain the season out.
