Game #4

A very exciting and extremely fun match! Cheesy Smelly began in blistering fashion, scoring twice within the first four turns. The Heroes came back, nearly scoring with a passing move and whittling down the Skaven numbers.

Not long after the start of the second half, continuing attrition led to the Heroes' first TD, with only two rats left on the field at the time of the score. Cheesy Smelly could only field four players for the following drive, but the red mist came down for the Heroes and their singl- minded pursuit of more casualties allowed the remaining Gutter Runner an easy score and sealed the victory for the rats, when sensible play would surely have led to a draw.

However, superb ball handling set up a two turn TD for the Heroes, with Lynch catching the ball in the endzone.

Lessons Learned:

1. Dodging away from a tackle zone is often safe than attempting a 1D block to free a player.

2. 1D blocks are a bad idea in general!

3. Remember that "Defender Stumbles" results are no use against players with Dodge.

4. Always cover back against fast teams, even if you have a big numerical advantage.

5. Make sure that players with skills are in the right place to use them.
