“Season 2 - Round 2

The start of the match was clash of the dirty players. With the Messiahs fouling first, they didn't manage to hurt anyone. Strangers' dirty player was a much more clever fouler, sneaking up on the fallen victim, a team-mate holding his head still giving much time for the dirty player to aim. The crowd went wild when they saw what had happened; lots of blood on the pitch and a player carried away amidst all the carnage.

The Messiah's own dirty player saw what had happened and a little later sneaked up on the other dirty player, using his own medicine, thumping his head on the pitch. 'Pop' went his head, crowd gone wild, dead player left on the pitch only carried away during the 2nd half.

The match itself was a tough one, with the COunt on the opposition and the ol' Mighty Zug on the Messiah's side. Messiah's coach was not a happy person today, losing many players due to an odd belly-ache episode, the Zug hitting hardest, playing but a few turns during the whole match.

The Strangers gave good opposition but didn't manage to equalise in the first half, and in the 2nd half Messiahs stole the ball, making it even harder for the opponents to equalise.

It was a good SpeedBowl match and the crowd got quality for their money.”
