A crazy crazy match! First half saw the Vamp team move steadily up the pitch until the vampires thirst proved too much for the team. One poor Thrall (his name lost due to having to save and restart the game) fed a vampire not once, not twice, but THREE times in the first half (despite re-rolling most failed ofab rolls)! The third feeding proved too much, and he was sent off, badly hurt. The Badgers took advantage, but couldn't score off the orgy of thrall feedings.

The second half proved much the same, with the Badgers and the vampires gnawing away on the hapless thralls. A grinding drive brought the Badgers within scoring range when the vamp coach unleased an unlikely, desperate, miracle play...and it worked! A thrall broke free with the ball and ran downfield, right up to the endzone...and then down he went. The rapidly retreating defense of the Badgers managed to scoop up the ball but the fumbbled the throw.

With one last gallant effort, Janos blitzed the ST4 beastman and knocked him down!, gathered up the ball, and 2 gfi into the endzone for the winning TD!

A great game overall. I would like to sincerely thank Silus for being such a sport about my having to postpone our game mid-match (right after his team took posession of the ball no less!) due to a real-life emergency. We managed to re-connect a few days later and finish the match. Thanks again Silus, you are a class act!

Re-reading my own Match Report, I seem to use exclamation points too much!
