Dwarves eh? No one really likes the short little buggers. Maybe if they had better skin colour ... like ours!

The first half saw our numbers dwindle as the dwarves took a remarkably swift touchdown, scoring in just turn 4 of the match! We had 5 players off the pitch by that time, so when the girls came back on we could field just 9 players.

Lucky for us, the girls made good with a passing play to get the ball in position for a shot at an equaliser. Luck was on our side, and despite some very close calls, we made a touchdown in turn 7.

Half time score: 1-1

Being able to field nine for the second half was somewhat of a surprise after the brutal start to the match, but we did. Numbers began to dwindle on both sides, and when Silly Throwa slipped with the ball, leaving it in dwarvern tackle zones, things were looking down.

Time was certainly running out when a fireball from the sidelines opened up a small gap! With a little more luck, Heart Breaka was able to take the ball in for a touchdown.
