Both teams constantly failed the easiest rolls. Two vamps were injured and failed their regenerations. Goblins were flying left right and centre. Other goblins were just falling over a lot. Vampires were being taken down by hordes of goblins. Trolls were being taken down by hordes of thralls.
Did anyone use skill to score a TD? I don't think so. Each and every one was down to sheer luck.
The gobbo MVP went to the ball & chain guy who spun around for 4 turns, hit one person, then fell over.
My MVP went to the guy who was KOd by hungry vamps twice, and then failed a simple pickup that would have given us a turn eight TD. The ball scattered kindly and the nestyr gleefully picked it up, ran it up half the pitch, threw a desperate pass, caught it and then managed to GFI twice (all with no rerolls) for a first half equalizer.
