The Sword started in offence and played very well, using Frenzy to push players out of bounds from 3 inside the sidelines. They delayed scoring for a couple of turns before the Company were able to apply the pressure in their own backfield after being stretched all over the field.
The Company however suffered a critical turnover (snaked a catch) allowing the Sword to swoop in, steal the ball and take a 2-0 lead. (This was very cruel, we rolled snakes, and he made a 3+ pick up, dodges, hand offs, passes etc).
The Company had a OT push TD attempt with their AG3 Catcher, pushing him two over the line, but he needed to make a 4+ catch with reroll (only 75% chance) and then a 4+ and 3+ dodge with dodge reroll so not that outrageous but he failed the catch :(.
At the end of the first half, the Company had 44% luck and that was reflected in the 0-2 scoreline.
After half time, a pitch invasion stunned one Company and two Sword players, opening a hole down the middle and the Company were able to get a quick score.
The Sword on offence KO'd a Wardancer early, but then snaked a ball handling attempt! The Company were got a Passer onto the ball (failed 3+ pass, but rerolled) who threw it back into a Company cage and it was game on!
The Sword played great defence to apply pressure on the Company, but the Company were able to dodge their cage away repeatedly, whilst getting KO's to give them an increasing advantage.
As both teams ran low on rerolls, the Company were forced to play for a draw instead of scoring quickly against a very good opponent and they were rewarded with -1 FF for their lack of courage.

Well, onedicewonder is a very good coach, no disrespect, but certainly not expected for a coach who has played less than 20 games on FUMBBL as it normally takes quite a while to make the transition from tabletop to java client. Well played by him and I look forward to a rematch some time.”
