“Two large and scary Tacklers...augmented by a Dirty Player, had me worried from the start. An early attempt to Blitz someone down and gangfoul the DP failed with a 1,1 gfi...and I began to fear the worst.

However...my Wizard proved twice his weight in gold, when a poorly executed DP gangfoul on Biter resulted in a mere stun...but with a pack of over half the chaos side concetrated heavily midfield...could I ignore 6 targets...when the team itself only had 11 players for the match?

WHUMP! Five down...two off the pitch (The ST4 Tackler KO'ed, and a rookie CW SI)! Quickly attempting to capitalize on this, we gangfouled the Claw/MB Tackler...for BH! Huzzah! However, many rats fell in the attempt to slow the lumbering chaos cage. Twice we freed up the ball...twice it bounced as unfavorably as possible...once into the waiting paws of the troll!

However, a patented gutter runner -2db on the troll resulted in double POW! Go ahead and pick! He went down...and although the bounce was into a TZ or two, Greased Lightning managed to snatch it up and bolt for the end zone! it was not to be, as a large chaos warrior ran of from behind and smashed the gutter runner to the ground as time ran out on the half.

Next half, with all KO's back, we concentrated on hitting them fast to try and overwhelm with numbers (11 vs 9 to start). It worked, with linerats tying up the troll and two remaining warriors midfield, and our DP squad taking out the ST4 Tackler again! There was a protracted stall near the chaos end-zone, with Greased Lightning scampering back and forth to try and find cover. In the end, he managed it, and ran it in with seconds to spare for the only touchdown of the match.

The final seconds were spent hammering the rats on the LOS, while the rest of the team watched from their own end-zone...
