“Neither team looked closely at the matchup and realised there was a handicap!
It came up as It Wasn't Me on the Falconettes Blodge Blitzer leaving them with only 9 players!
The Chevaliers used their Wardancer to leap, dodge and GFI twice to get an early score on the board.
With their solitary RR was used on the first turn, and with the prospects looking very sad, the Falconetts took advantage of Get the Ref to stun and KO the Chevaliers.
This worked a treat (luckily for mdawq64 there were no permanent cas as he had no apoth) and we tied the scores at half time.
Second half, it was 9 vs 11 again, but a lucky couple of KOs allowed the Falconettes to keep the ball safe long enough to seal a victory, but not before the Chevaliers did a few of their own fouls to reduce the Falconette numbers.
All in all, it was quite lucky that we won - Get the Ref in the first half, and then some lucky KOs in the second half as well.”
