My opponent is right. He tried everything and played well too, but he can't match that luck I had in the key situations.

The skinks performed perfect dodges and the Kroxigor made a good game by ko'ing his two werewolfs and catching the ball after that blitz I had at the end of the second half.

I will rematch the Broken Dreams to have another very interesting match, maybe the tables turn.

I'm still in shock after this match.

I knew my opponent were understrength, but he felt confident enough. Quickly it became clear, that he indeed was a very good player. I managed to put up a defense (total caging of ball carrier), and my opponent resorted to what must have been his backup plan. Blocking a single hole, and multidodging his way out of the cage, GFI 3 times for a TD. Fair enough, now it was my turn. I managed to roll the other way for a new TD, 1-1. (was rather difficult for him to put up a defense, understrength). He made a last drive for it, me foolishly believing that I might stand a chance of stopping a Skink on the loose. My illusions quickly got shattered, when my wight doubleskulled me on the all important block on the ball carrier. 2-1

During the second half I managed to score after a couple of turns, and I thought, that when my opponent was down to six men, I might actually manage to make a defensive touchdown. Foolish me decided to gamble on my Werewolf being able to make 2 2+ GFIs with a reroll. Needless to say more, I guess, apart from my next frenzied 2D block on the ball carrier with yet another reroll went down the drain as well.
To add insult to injury, I had to watch the skink make like 4-5 dodges out of my cage, running for another TD. Oh, had one last chance to stop it with a flesh golem 2D blocking my Wight free for a blitz. Guess how that ended? 3-2.

Now, with only 6 man on the field I though that my opponent couldn¨'t possibly steal the draw from me. But of course, he could. He got a blitz, and his Kroxigor Ko'ed my only remaining Werewolf (who was supposed to run it home with the rest of the team manhandling his Brutes and his lone skink). Then the ball scattered, and guess where it went? RIght into the hands of the Kroxigor!!!

Not daunted by that, I tried again to do something. My one Ghoul ran downfields to receive, his Saurus' body blocked, and I tried to get a Flesh Golem free. Of course that wouldn't work, and I had to make a block with a Zombie. That failed of course, and we lined up for turn 8. Yet again I tried to 2D block the Kroxigor, but the ball was glued to his arms and he wouldn't go down. I tried a last desperate -2D block with a Zombie which not surprisingly failed.

It was a really exiting game, and if luck had been evenly distributed it probably would have been rather boring. But still, I'm in shock, and I will most definately rematch him in order to get even for this humiliation. Nice winings, though :)
