Challenge from: Opponent

Both new teams, and a mismatch, I know, as Zons are broken, and so are Vamps, but in the opposite (crap) way. Well, usually I'd consider it a mismatch but this time the dice were doing everything they could to even the odds for the Vamps. They had better block dice, better ball pickup, and much better cas dice. I think I Ko'd a Vamp and maybe a thrall - but the Vamps were better at breaking armour than I was. I was lucky to get an occasional stun. Thankfully the apo worked on the second SI (saving a niggle) and we can scrape 10 players for the next game.

The two touchdowns were pretty easy really - run from way back, pass, handoff, score, on the same square in exactly the same way. After that my luck ran out completely. I'd already burnt through my rerolls with skulls and double skulls on blocks, and the ball refused to be picked up or thrown for a 3rd touchdown. The vamps fouled a few times, got a Vampire sent off and did no more than stun.

They were also the recipients of some amazing luck. A couple of examples (there were a few, but these were the most extreme):

DODGE FINAL RESULT: Sirviente
TARGET: 7 --- ROLL: 6 + 0 = 6
Sirviente slips past his opponent(s) unhindered.
GET BALL FINAL RESULT: Sirviente
TARGET: 7 --- ROLL: 6 + 0 = 6
Pass selected.
SHORT PASS
PASS BEFORE RE_ROLL: Sirviente fumbled the ball!
TARGET: 4 --- ROLL: 4 + -4Tz = 0
PASS FINAL RESULT: Sirviente
TARGET: 4 --- ROLL: 4 + -4Tz = 0
Player fumbled direction: 6

Pass failed in this case, but dice were trying their best. The 6 needed (to make it 3 in a row) just eluding...

and

GET BALL FINAL RESULT: Mr.Empanao
TARGET: 5 --- ROLL: 5 + 0 = 5
Pass selected.
SHORT PASS
PASS BEFORE RE_ROLL: Mr.Empanao fumbled the ball!
TARGET: 4 --- ROLL: 3 + -2Tz = 1
Team re-roll used.
PASS FINAL RESULT: Mr.Empanao
TARGET: 4 --- ROLL: 4 + -2Tz = 2
Scatter roll: 1
Scatter roll: 5
Scatter roll: 6
Move ended for Mr.Empanao
Ball moved to ( 14, 9 )
GET BALL FINAL RESULT: Sin cerebron
TARGET: 4 --- ROLL: 5 + 0 = 5

Pass succeeded - bounced onto an opposing player who scooped it up. Luckily I was able to slow him down and blitz, but that was it for the last 3 turns as far as luck went for me. After that it was all fumbled pickups, throws, pickup, blocks etc etc

Crap cash sours the victory (WTF is the point of Fan Factor? I really don't know. It makes not an ounce of difference to cash as its all random anyway - for instance my 8FF was somewhat higher than my opponents 1FF, but I got half the cash. Might as well have gone with 1FF and some more players) but +FF is at least a bonus. Or is it? (see my whinge above)

Thx for the game - told ya beforehand they were tough to coach but the dice in this case tried their best to hinder me and help you, save for a few important blood lust roll fails.
