I was able to get back on again 25-30 mins later after doing all sorts to restart my router and check my settings and restart my pc. I immediately replied that I'd be happy to continue.

Yes the reload the next day didn't work, yes I got a kick off roll where i could move my kicking players. I asked him if we should restart due to this, he said no, I asked if he thought I should blitz as i wasn't sure if it would be fair and he said do as i see fit and that it was a new game. I blitzed and then he complained that he hoped i wouldn't. I apologise and stop at this point. The majority of the first half he is downing my players with painful to watch blocks (my first match vs dwarfs as amazons so this wasn't pretty) resulting in lots of KOs, some badly hurts and a niggling injury on my favourite player on the team so far. I asked if he'd stop battering me about quite so much by the stage I had half my team left on the pitch, could only field 9 or 10 players max (assuming KOs woke up) and he had 12 fully able and ready and additionally I pointed out that he'd killed one of my players with a foul. He agrees as he is winning by a large margin in terms of game dominance and the game is a massacre - worse than the first one we unfortunately couldn't load (I hadn't had any players killed in that thankfully).

Near the end of the game, I somehow won the ball back while being heavily outnumbered and managed to get a player within range to TD. He complains violently at this and starts blocking as much as he can again - against players that were in no position to assist the ballcarrier as they were still well into my half - and fouling as much as possible as he sees this as a deal breaker - that I have the cheek to try and play still rather than let him do as he wants. When i do TD he complains of how unfair it is and how he doesn't want to play me again. I'm fine with people blocking and fouling but I think it shows more sportsmanship to do it when it helps the team, not because you are annoyed the other side will draw and it is the end of the game and you just want to get revenge. I'll admit this was a pain of a game to set up after I got disconnected and it didn't help that i've been here less than a week but this guy is happy to complain about a DRAW after killing one of my players, injuring 2 more (no apologies for any of this) and asking me to be fair after a blitz that i asked him about (which only resulted in a knocked prone) and then going back on me when I asked him to be fair just because I managed to actually outplay him. Truly an awful game and a coach I am glad doesn't want to play me again. I enjoyed parts of this game but the setting up part and the nagging and complaining were a nightmare. I'm sorry for this game being awkward to arrange Emphasy, but I am not handing you the game on a platter. It'd be less a game then and more an experience gathering exercise - nonetheless, good luck in your next game and please learn to treat this a bit more like a game, remembering that games should be enjoyed and for fun - not played to cause misery to your opponent and complain when you don't get 100% your way.

Edit: Regarding your edit about only fowling in the last 2 turns so you'd have less players to stand in your way - That's a lie, watch the 2nd half and check. You only fouled after the turn where I got back the ball and ran it down your half and you explicitly said to me that me doing that meant you would now start fouling again. I believe that is primarily spite, not strategy. Anyhow, I don't want to get into a flame war so feel free to add as many comments as you like and I'm going to leave it at that”
