“Luck reading is out due to disc with 2 turns to go, luck at that point was 57-43 in my favour.
What can I say? I was comprehensively outplayed today, but lucked the win.
I made a couple of silly sleep deprived moves. We had an early advantage with a foul getting rid of the Ogre (he chose not to apoth cos he hate him). We then made a silly mistake of not using Pro or a Reroll on the first block of a frenzy blitz... we got pushes, didn't reroll, went forwards an extra square, Pro'd a pow, but left the best Troll Slayer (MB, Multiblock and Pro) all exposed on the other side of my cage.
He was promptly downed and gang fouled for a BH. Dumb move!
I also played very poor cage defence against Grossbouff, and he had some great early dice (they fell apart later) to knock me down all over the place. In the end, I had to dodge my way out of there for a lucky TD. Seriously, I had to make several 3+ and 4+ dodges to set up a scoring chance...
Second half saw the Humans take the pitch. They marched down one side, and the Dwarves collapsed on them. We had an amazing turn with two Pows without tackle (but we used 2D blocks) on his pair of Sidestep Blodge Catchers.
Grossbouff then made his counter-attack, but misclicked and got an unwanted dodge (3+?) and he failed! This let me make a stack of pows, and 3 GFIs to blitz the ball free, and another 3+ dodge and 2 GFI to pick up the ball with my Sure Hands Runner.
Grossbouff got a 2 dice blitz on my ball carrier, but it came up Push and Skull (reroll used setting it up) and we were away.
A certain score was on the offering on T15, instead we did blocks. We got the 2nd cas for the +1 on the FF roll, but kept blocking hoping for SPP and came up double skulls, no score!
Grossbouff also had no RR left, and he was unable to knock the ball free, but he put TZs all over the place.
I tried to two dice pow to set up a 3+ 2+ score, but got pushes on a Thrower without Block or Dodge. Ok, a 3+ dodge and Blitz for the 2+ score, again pushes, so we needed another 3+ dodge, and we failed this one.
So greed cost us the much needed SPP on our Blitzer :)

It was a fun game against a very good coach who put me under pressure for almost the entire game. He played a great game with only one Guard and DP on his team, though he had some amazing Throwers and that Blitzer with AG4 Blodge Guard Standfirm is a matchwinner so that helped him a bit.
He certainly used his players very well, and a draw or even a victory by him would have been a fair result also.”

We both made dumb move, and I can't say luck won it for him because I was really lucky in the first half. Second half started with a Pitch Invasion leaving me with 5 players standing up, so we had to push things a bit and hope for luck...
