“Awesome game with crazy dice, lots of carnage, and chances changing at every turn.
Both halfs the two teams ended with about 6 players on the field, regenerate never worked, nor did the apo. This resulted in a dead ogre and ghoul, and a niggled guarding zombie.
The game was pretty much one long struggle for the ball. First half the humans started with the ball and had their chances, but the undead just edged out, thanks to (among things) a mummy catching a scatter. The same mummy made a long bomb in the very last turn of the second half, but the wight in the endzone failed to catch it (nice example of what kind of crazy game this was).
Second half undead could only field 10, but a mng and a kill on the ogre put them in the driving seat. Humans still played a good defence and had their chances, but my luck with this team held up, and I could score 1-0 in the last turn.
Nuffle was keeping an eye on this one, which made this a very unpredictable and also very fun game. My opponent was brave to accept the challenge, and deserved a tie. Look me up for a match anytime!”
