“Lagartijas Anabolizadas won the coin toss and received in the first half. A Saurus with sure hands picked up the ball and caged up. Paragon of Malevolence opened some holes in the defense and were able to knock the ball carrier down repeatedly. Unfortunately, the Lizardmen kept recovering the ball repeatedly. In the waning moments of the first half, a Skink made a break for the end zone. He was knocked out just when the touchdown looked imminent. Emeyin came in and picked up the ball in a tackle zone. He threw a pass but a Saurus intercepted it and ran back the other way. The Saurus showed the Blitzer how to throw a pass and threw a short one to an open Skink. Pinin caught the ball and ran in the touchdown just as time ran out in the first half.

PoM had a chance for a one turn score. Elric was pushed forward and he ran for the end zone. He got past a Saurus deep in Lizardmen territory but failed a go for it to end the first half.

PoM received in the second half. They dropped Linken back to pass and had receivers spread the field. The strategy didn't work so well as the Lizardmen team wore the Dark Elves down. Their speed was also giving them problems as it was hard for PoM to get open. On their eight turn of the second half, Linken handed the ball off to Nagash. The Dark Elf Lineman showed everyone he had a cannon for an arm when he launched a long pass to Emeyin in the end zone for a touchdown to tie the game!

LA was unfazed and they brought out their secret weapon. The one turn scoring specialist, Verfor. Despite the ball kicked in their own end zone, the ball ended up in the Skink's hands. Verfor sped towards the end zone and sprinted the last step to steal the game! What a heartbreaker for the Dark Elves!
