Initially my opponent wanted to play vs Amazon (no handicaps for either) but a misunderstanding (I thought they wanted Orcs) meant two newish orc sides lined up.

The handicap was Morleys Revenge

The start was great - and terrible for me. First block, Seriously injured a goblin. Second block, block/pow reroll then double skulls. The other team more or less charged unhindered deep into my half so I tried a desperate long pass to safetly. And that failed. Soon after I was 1-0 down and Absolute Zeros' luck was +30% over mine, never dipping below 74% for the 1st half and only sliding to 66% as you see above late in the second, whereas mine was lower but came up to match it.

The difference was Morleys and the cas rolls. I suffered from KOs which came back, the other side had theirs stay Ko'd (all goblins) and with, eventually, all 4 goblins out, they were undermanned and despite some successful, desperate dodging from Zero, I was able to sweat it out with a pass and run for a score in the last turn of the game to make it 2-1. Morleys wasn't an issue in the 2nd half, had missed a BOB then 2 BOBs in the 1st. Against a decent coach like Keiichi I needed to try my best to prevent the score - I was suprised to see no throw team mate attempt though with all those gobbos? Maybe something to try nexc time?

A pass decided the game. That could have failed (as a number of game changing moments did for me) but I think, overall, the dice were probably the most favourable I'd had yet for this team. They are in trouble though. 3 winning games, 2 skills (both linemen, block) that's it. I can't remember a worse start save for a lizardman team which were virtually unskilled after 6 games. Lots of players have several spps but getting them skilled up means having enough time (better dice) on the ball to pass it around and hand it off, which I'm just not getting, got a long time, 7 games or so, now, since I outdiced anyone.

Just gotta keep playing, keep hoping the team will make the break through - I have lots of other orcs progressing far faster but will stick with the pups a while longer, see what happens.
