It started well, I ran a stalling elf game for a few turns before running in Def's zone with a final short TD pass. I used 7 turns, got a nice part of luck. Perfect.
Half 2 starts ok too except the niggling injury. I slow down the vage and then I used the special weapon I had: the leaping blitzer. He cancelled the helps on the ball careerer then a dodging catcher (who ran through 2 then 1 TZ) blitzed him, took the ball and ran forward.
Next turn I take the ball, punt it with a catcher and the blitzer as the players that would try to take it. I had very good chances to make it 2-0. If not Def would have had 3 turns roughly to run the full court. I had 9 guys left.
But against real life...
I was frustrated all day long cause I missed many activations today. I knew that at 20:35, I HAD TO GO (to take my girlfriend at a gare). Def was gentle and was ready to wait 30 mins more so that I came back but he hadn't his turn over yet and I was already really really late.
There's only a little little risk at the gare. But if I had let her wait it would have been very ungentle and if something would have had happen, because I wanted a win on an internet game...I would never had forgiven myself. That's just risk vs reward management.
Unfortunate. That's my 3rd loss. My biggest mistake was to activate. That game was really fun, tactical, which made the game longer than I expected.

Thanks for the game, Def.
Good luck with the team!”
