After suffering massive damage in the first round against Maverick's Chaos, the Raiders & Corsairs met the Dwarven Mills Rulr on the pitch in a game that looked lost even before the first kick-off. Losing 82 points of TS in just one game is just too much. Nuffle wasn't really on our side either (look at the luck% difference). The crippled 10-member strong Raiders & Corsairs, even though desperately trying, didn't manage to find a way to stop their solid opponents from victory (a steep uphill batlle of 53 points TS against dorfs never is a present).

After scoring in turn 4 (waiting longer was probably too dangerous) things dind't look too bad yet. Leading 1-0 without even suffering a ko was more then I had hoped for. However, after a maybe too opportunistic defence, the equalizer couldn't be prevented in turn 8 of the first half. Meanwhile casualties finally began to fall, resulting in a second half perfectly illustrating what is meant by one-way bloodbowl.

I would have wished my opponent good luck in the finals, but since I'm writing this report 1 day later, the game has already been played...
