First half (Ninjas receiving)

received the ball and caged, then was unable to put any of the dark humans down. An endless succession of push backs only. At one point 3 3d blocks (2 with tackle) resulted in only pushbacks.

The Dark humans took good advantage with The Count hypnotising the (lets face it not too bright Mighty Zug) and stealing the ball.

Dark Humans scored on turn 8 and I was relieved that no ninjas had yet died.



Half time Ninjas 0 - 1 Dark Humans



Second Half (Dark Humans Receiving)

Kickoff was a rock thrown from the crowd knocking out Ayame (Ninja Linesman - Guard). Dark humans got ball and proceeded to advance down left wing. Count carrying.

THe Ninja's managed to halt the cage and get a tackler on the count but he nimbly dodged out anyway and then managed to snake eyes a GFI. The Ninjas managed to grab the ball and form a incomplete cage. The Count managed to blitz the Ninja ballcarrier but managed only a pushback.

Ninjas chainpushed and the bc was free -- scored on turn 5 (ninjas 1 - 1 Dark Humans)

Ninjas kicked off again and this time got a blitz. Ninjas managed to mark everyone and send a tackler into the dark humans half to put pressure on the ball.

Then the Count managed to fail a 2+ dodge and turned over. Ninjas got the ball and managed the victorious touchdown.

A game of 2 halves.

I think srjuanone got a raw deal, he should have won (though I think a tie would also have been a fair result)

Thanks for the game. Enjoyed it. Will look for a rematch sometime.
