The other team laughed at the heroes, poking them with their fingers as they walked, not ran, into the endzone. The only possible highlight involved Dalvo going 1v1 with a token fling on consecutive opening kickoffs, and then catching a pass from Dawn, the only other player still able to stand for the kickoff! What hands! Dole out pain and punishment one instant, then softly cradle the ball the next! Too bad he got clobbered and wouldn't be able to play next game, if there actually was one. I think the team has learned its lesson...”
