“The Ninjas (a stylish bunch who always keep up with the latest fashion trends) were challenged by this shambling horde of undead. Angered by their check shirts and flares the ninja's decided to accept.
The resulting game was hard fought and bloody.
First half the ninja's took an early lead and then tried to pressure the Khemrian thrower who failed to pick up the ball. Unfortunately, the thrower managed to get the ball at the last possible second (with 2 blitzers baring down on him) and then threw a hail mary pass. The pass was fairly accurate and a blitz-ra managed to pick up and score on turn 8
The second half saw the khemri team dominate sending many Ninjas to the injury box. As we all know, as the number of ninjas decrease the power of the remaining ninjas grow (a horde of ninjas can be killed in seconds, one ninja on his own is like a god of war)
The khemri tried to stall but the little ninja Armakuni would have none of it -- he blitzed the much stronger blitz-ra and pushed him into the end zone so the ninjas could try and secure a draw.
The resulting kick off was a well worked 2 turn td for the ninjas with Armakuni once again running in the ball.
Great game. Enjoyed it. Also, now I can refuse Khemri games with no bad feelings!

Great player, not moved by his total bad luck which lasted for several turns in 2nd half.
As for the match... I'm already amazed that I scored twice! For Khemrian I think it's a miracle... It took my throw-ra 3 turns to pick up the damn ball! Only managed thanks to a lucky blitz by a skeleton, after 2 GFIs (1 re-rolled). After the first turn where the throw-ra failed picking the ball and as I noticed the ninjas all rushing down, I opted to pack the horde with my mummies, keeping them in a bunch, eventually trying to circle them with a couple skeletons, and rushed both my blitz-ras to the end zone, waiting for that Hail Mary Pass... And it did come! Although once again, a confused ninja (tm) failed picking up the ball. That made the scoring possible.
2nd half, was pretty much one sided as I averaged 1 casualty per turn. I thought I could stall the ninjas good but that was without thinking about the elves hidden inside!!
As for the two TDs conceded... I can only say they were masterpieces! Both exactly the same, fooled me once, and twice xD
Couple lucky rolls had Armakuni dodge all of my troops around him to score eventually in 2 turns each time. Guess the luck on the dodges balanced the bad luck at blocking...
So all in all, the draw is well deserved I believe, for both teams.
Oh and... Grats! You did call the draw! Perhaps a career in fortune telling? :p
