“I tend to find that teams where most of the players have the block dodge combo are dull to play against as there is no real skill involved in playing or creating a team. Just mark players and you are very unlikely to go down and throw in a handfull of GUARD skills and you have a very boring team...
I like to create players and use skills for individual player progression, if everyone bought block for every player the game would be sooooo boring.
This is the only reason i took on this team, to see how I would fair against the infamous, drull, block/dodge/guard combo.
The first half was predictable. Anyone will struggle with these kind of 'factory teams'. I found I kept them at bay quite well considering. The amazon then decided to stall for the rest of the first half and then even failed to score!!!!!!!
Even though 2 TD's were scored in the second half I think that the orcs were more skillful here. Anyone can play with a block/dodge/guard combo... The ball was just held up in the middle of the pitch and the amazons just waited, with their block/dodge combo, for the ball to be popped loose, with the help of guard, but I was very happy with the result as the amazon should have scored at least 2 more times.
For a team with this block/dodge/guard combo and stalling the game i think that calling a coach bad for fouling in the last turn is a bit hipocritical!!! I would like to see how this coach would play against a bunch of dwarves...TACKLE.............”
