Yet it became just a travesty of a game. I was ready to take heavy casualties, but taking 3 RIPs and 2 SI among the first 5 casualties felt very sour. Failing in addition to that 6 out of the first 8 ko rolls just proved too much. The only thing my opponent failed was a gfi in the last turn, taking the game somehow to overime. Needles to say that by then my strongly reduced team wasn't able anymore to resist, but Nuffle made me receive so I was still hoping for a miracle. After my thrower fumbbled the ball however, the match was definitely over. I was surprised to notice I had a player left on the field by the end of the game...”
