nuffle smiled on me again. i had superb luck from start to finish.

Turns out this was the second year runnign that Nuffle favoured me aginst a larger and better skilled team coached by dusko, who is a very strong BB coach.

Early cas for me did me well, and while i was losing men fast, i managed to do the same to the Chaos. Dusko went for the throat and let me stroll the ball in, but i maanged to field 10 v 9 second half.

He started the same way, looking to maximise hits and remove me from the field, leaving scant cover for the 1 in 9 fail to pick uip the ball which was handily close to my forces. the ag4 hobgob (all my hobgobs seemed to have av9 today) managed to shuffle tha ball away and despite dusko carving out many dstrong chances to hit the ball,a nd downing it twice, i was able to stumnble over for 2-0. A pitch invasion ended any chance of 2 comeback TD's and we traded out the last few turns with dusko looking for payback, and me hiding like a ginger step child with a drunken angered step-father depserate to try out his new belt.

Dusko owes me a battering, but it wasnt to be today.
