Despite Morg getting fouled out on T1 (his only action was walking onto the pitch), the Henchmen managed to pile into the CD backfield, acquite the ball, and score on T8 (mostly due to the Bunny's insistance on trying to pick up the ball with a Bull, which didn't seem to work too well).

Second half the Henchmen received and a foolish decision by a rookie BM to try to get that 6th spp resulted in a fumbbled pass. The CD Bulls, along with Hthark pounced and made life difficult. A scrum ensued with bodies flying every which way.

Then a lucky blitz KO'd Hthark and Gorehoof, my AG4 block beastmen was able to scoop up the ball and escape downfield with only two turns to go! In hindsight, I should have punted to the endline but I looked pretty safe. The best the CDs could do would be to get a couple tackle zones on the ball, which of course they did.

The failed 2+ dodge (out of rr) at 3/4 field opened the door and the CDs pulled off a miracle play (also with no rr I think) to even the score.

A game I should have lost, came so tantalizingly close to winning that my sideline had already begun the celebrations...and then disaster followed by numerous retirements and a funeral service. Arrgh!”
