“The Skavengers are in the final!! Helped by some *ahem* bad coaching by drbunny, yes we were lucky again, the rats are beginning to think it's thier year, nuffle has been very kind to them in the play offs so far.

It started with the rats recieving, they managed to get a gutter runner deep into the orc half, but instead of scoring the rats' blitzer tried a dodge to blitz an orc thrower and failed leaving the GR in the open to be hit! The Orcs hit the ball carrier and with a nice throw in from the crowd they ended up with a blitzer in the skaven half with the ball, a quick recovery was needed by the rats and they did it, a failed gfi by a covering Black Orc left the way for the skavens to collect the ball and, after some great dodges and a succesful long pass, they scored the opening TD.
Then the Orcs recieved, a few turns later it was left down to a dodge into a tackle zone for the orcs to score after a failed blitz attempt by the rats, they duly scored to make it 1-1 at half time. It looked like another titanic tussle for the rats but it wasn't to be the orcs' day! Some poor handling left the ball open for the skaven to collect, throwing the ball out of reach of the orc throwers was a stroke of genius by Qween Fastpads as the rats then used thier speedy gutter runners to collect it and score. Then, it all went wrong for the Orcs, a silly mistake by one of the inept black orcs changed the game, with the skaven already 2-1 up the mistake proved costly and the rats then went on to score twice before full time!!

Incidentally, the only casualty of the game was a self inflicted death!! A Skaven stupidly tried to take on a Troll and lost! Apo failed due to the rat being in several pieces scattered about the pitch!!

I feel a little bad for taking advantage of a misclick, sorry bunny :-/

It was a close game up until then and it could have gone either way.
