“This was one f***ed up game by any measure disposable to a fumbbl player... Whenever it seemed that luck was on the rise for any one of us it would let us down at a point where it pissed us off the most, a Nuffle honeypot trap at it's best. But this game, at least for me, will remain infamous for the insane number of failed GFIs, which reached epic proportions - almost every crucial block or blitz had to be a 1, and except 1 single skull block, the entire RR pile went to saving Riding Hoods' gimpy legs from breaking into each other... In the end it was a pure miracle to watch the opponent fail his first dodge of the game, and with an ag4 runner blodger nonetheless! The coin toss decided the winner, which, I guess, was Nuffle's way of saying "i tortured you a bit more this game so i guess i'll let you win this one". Gary Gygax wears the name proudly and gave me a heck of a run for my money (or a basket of goodies in this case). If it were any other team save norse (and ofc flings/gobs) I'm 99,99...% sure I'd have been pulverized to the ground. Anyway, this one's for the books and in the end I must say I enjoyed it, even with the demise of Shadow's 2nd reincarnation. Oh well, time for the 3rd, nothing like a day's work in the graveyard, eh...?”
