“Ah, fun fun. And it was, too. We each scored quickly in the first half (he kicked), I kept his ogre snoozing (when it didn't decide to dribble). Then the second quarter gets a bit bogged down, and it's 1-1 at halftime. Oh - I likely ought to have scored here, but my connection died and we had to reload, thus denying me a truly amazing goal. But all's fair, I DID get a saurus to intercept what would have been a great goal on the other guy's part ;)

And then what should happen, but a pitch invasion! Oh, joy ;) A couple of his guys are put out, a couple more stunned, and I get a pretty easy goal quickly. He does the same - bloody ogre must have had a hangover, and it cleared up or something, since suddenly it moves and hits stuff - honestly, consistency is all.

But then I score masterfully, and he's demoralised and stuff, and goes for the catcher-rush-down-the-sidelines and the please-god-let-it-work routine, to draw 3-3, except my kick lands in his endzone and I get a skink to sack his thrower with a (probably unneeded) assist. Same one picks it up and skips over the line, for his hattrick (his first game, too...).
