“Final match for the WIL fringe league.

We had a good starting position with a solid team and a Hthark the Unstoppable. The match itself however went down the drain rather rapidly. Just about everything my opponent tried worked out wonderfully. Ball pick-ups, dodges and especially his block dice were super-hot. Getting lots of pows and loads of armour breaks.

First turn lost me a CDB to a foul (not ejected) and soon after my dirty player got killed on a normal block (apo failed). Later in the match another hobgoblin died and one more got SI-ed. On my side of things most things didn’t work out... tripple block dice failing to acchieve anything multiple times and at a crucial last moment of the match a double skull where only a push was needed to score the equaliser.

Quite a frustrating match alltogether but well played by my opponent and a sincere congratulations for winning the final. Hope to play you again in the WIL sometime soon!
