We kick deep and start chasing through after the ball, as the dwarves split themselves between the mummies on the line and the skeletons in their half. They run the ball over to one side and manage their first injury on a skeleton (regenned), but we're able to make some space for two skeletons to blitz over the runner. The dwarves follow up with a 2d blitz that comes up double skulls (reroll already used) - and we're able to steal the ball! The same turn our mummies suddenly start causing serious trouble, seriously injuring a longbeard and their trollslayer. With the dwarves out of rerolls we're able to tie them down for the last few turns, scoring on turn 8 after a mummy seriously injures another longbeard. With their lone KO failing to wake up it's just 7 vs 11 of us as we receive.
We scoop up the ball, knock over the 3 dwarves on the LOS, and go for our first foul of the game, KO'ing one of them. The dwarves at this point decide enough is enough and throw in the towel.
