The game was won until the last turn of OT when a classic good luck chain of dice allowed a pass catch in rain, blitz, 2 dodges through TZ's and one out and 2 GFI for the tieing TD, then the coin toss went opponents way.
A shame as i felt i id enough to win, against a team thats very tiught lean and mean for its tr.
But in majors t'was ever thus. And life moves on.”

The first half was a complete loss. Snakes on the very first turn. MNG on the opponent's 2nd turn to leave the Beards down 2 guys straight off. It took the Beards 4 full turns to knock a single player down. They did manage to pop the ball and boot the monster bull for an apo save but were still down by 2 to not really have the coverage to stop the td.
The only shiner was monster Ravager Mufk lined up on t8 to be death booted and took kick with him.
The 2nd half went much better with the Beards managing to do some damage, all from the boot (6 MB took the night off, apart from 1) and stall out an OT equaliser and take a 2 man advantage with them.
OT was received by opponent. 2 immediate lucky KOs nulled the numbers advantage and was basically all cds. Beards couldn't get anything going to stop the lead.
The equaliser was freak luck though by one hell of a gamebreaker.”
