“Well, we beat each other up pretty good...Luckily for me, 2 of the 3 SI's against were on my 2 freebooted linerats..and I apothed the other (really early on though, so I was sure I'd lose someone else...)

It was clear early on that the Orges wanted to thin my ranks some, as the opening Kickoff went right to an Ogre, but he didn't even try to move him off the LOS for 2 turns. The ogres slowly (dare I say, slower than Dwarves) moved up the field, while I tried to pick off stray goblins (even managed to KO an ogre on a foul :) On my turn 7, i took a risk and blitzed the Ball carrying Ogre--who was near the GL..2db the ogre picks..Pow/Skull, POW...I'm using a SV, so the orge goes down!! the ball bounces to the sideline, so brave GR (I forgot which now) picks it up and throws to another waiting GR, who runs way down field and out of reach of the ogres...So I score! on turn 8. (My GR on the sideline survived the crowd)

2nd half, the ogres managed to blitz my thrower before he had got rid of the ball, and the ball went out of bounds..the Crowd threw the ball back towards my EZ! where the closest thing to it was a goblin!!! argh! I did manage to knock the gobo down, but it also too my linerat down--and the rat was stunned...so the Ogres get a score!!

I then do the 3 turn skaven scoreing drive for a 2-1 lead. The ogres line up for the ensuing KO..but one of the 1st blocks is a pow/skull..ogre goes down (so does linerat)...and the ogre is stunned! I get my guys to the ball and to a GR...the orges can't get to that side of the field at all, and I score with Brain on my turn 8.

I manage to kick the ball out of bounds on the last turn--to give 'em a chance at a thrown gobo TD..but after clearing the LOS, the designated throwing Ogre is boneheaded...end of game!
