“Ok, I admit it. I came into this match already counting the win, thinking about the stains the halflings would leave on lifeless boots. I mean, look at the TR/TS differences!
I came so close to losing I could smell what fael ate for dinner. My opponent played well and made no obvious errors. Me, I didn't pay attention to the board, to the players and what skills they had, and to the clock. It was only a few bad die rolls on Nemetons part in the 2nd half that prevented his go-ahead score. As it was, I relied on 3 dice rolls (with no rerolls in hand) to pull out a last turn win.
Nemeton: thanks for a good game, and for showing me why I still need to play in 145. :-)”
“Playing against flings can be VERY hard so no need to feel like you need to learn a lot. A Fling team with a few chefs and a full rooster can take away your RRs and play you like you wouldn't believe it.
