The Pips travelled to human territory to battle it out with the Angry Psy. It was a terrific show of luck on their part. The humans on the other hand had horrible luck with pretty much everything.

The Pips fans were quite enthusiastic today as they kicked the ref out of the box on the very first kickoff of the match. The Pips took good use of this during the match and sent many humans back to the dugouts, but didn't do any permanent damage except for a very nasty kill, which was apothed.

The Pips started their offence and cleared humans out of the way. It took them three turns, but they delivered the ball effectively to the endzone without too much trouble.

The Angry Psy weren't too worried and attacked well. They came very close to scoring, but at the critical moment, their catcher decided to fail his dodge and dropped the ball. Pips grabbed the pigskin and moved it forward with their catcher. The Psy put up a good effort at stopping him and were able (with some help of horrible elven blocking of four skulls in a row) to grab the ball after a lucky scatter. Despite good effort, thye didn't manage to bring the ball to the endzone before the final whistle.

The second half started with a very impressive elven charge. The humans blocked effectively the elf players away, but left their ball carrier a bit too open. He couldn't be blitzed down, but he was troubled with a blitzer and a catcher rushing next to him. The ball carrier tried to dodge out, but he stunned himself in the process. It was an easy score for the pips afterwards. 2-0 after the second turn of the second half.

The following drive was again cut short after the human thrower fumbled with the ball. The elves got away with an another score, but it took a little more doing this time as Thorndike managed to kick Greenleaf Wispcloud into the dugouts. The ball scattered to Fairhand Silvertoe, who ran for the score.

The last drive was Blood Bowl entertainment at its best. A blitz was awarded to the elves. The kick seemed to go right into the far corner of the field. The elves blitzed hard to the ball. Beck the human catcher kept his cool, grabbed the ball and executed a brilliant throw the LOS where Mailloux was waiting for the ball. He caught and ran away from the elves, but alas... fell and stunned himself. The ball scattered away.

Silkyhands happybreath was determined not to be any less dramatic. He ran for the ball, went for it two times, grabbed the ball and threw it far to Silverleaf Merrymac. Merrymac delivered the ball to Whimper Proudfoot on the final turn. A wonderful play by the elves and a great victory against the human opponents.
