“A painful game for both sides, but still fun. Orcs received and proceeded to try and foul the dwarves out. But thankfully one dp got sent off on his third foul (bh, mng and death!) and the other was ko. The game turned into a midfield scramble, we got the ball but the orcs could recapture it and the half ended 0-0. Our dp got sent off at the end, but despite all three orc kos recovering we were able to keep a number advantage from then on.
Second half we received, but perfect defence and a sk/sk meant the orcs could get the ball. We failed to knock the ball carrier over and the ag4 orc could dodge through to score in turn3. Blitz on next kickoff was a blessing in disguise as the orcs pushed forward and we could score in 2 turns with a nice pass. Last drive we got perfect defence and could take advantage of some terrible dice from the orcs to score the 2-1.”
