Tough game. We managed to hold off the BBQ, who blitzed on the opening kickoff. Frentzen eventually grabbed the ball, found space, and with some decent screening, managed a td toward the end of the first quarter.

In reply, BBQ moved the ball downfield through Jenna. The Vermin were a little clumsy in our attempts to stop the rolling cage, and it looked like the scores would be tied at halftime - until the BBQ decided to stall out the clock. It didn't pay off, after a nice leaping blitz by Kinski knocked the ball over the sideline, which was then picked up by ET, who held it till the halftime whistle.

The second half saw the BBQ try a similar play - the cage rolled downfield with Jenna protected. This time she survived the flying Kinski's attempts to dislodge the ball, and the BBQ chose to stall out against a depleted Vermin outfit, hoping for a draw. It wasn't to be.

With only seconds on the clock, the Vermin recieved the final kick, snapped quickly, and put ET away with a structured one turn TD, making us the winners 2-1, after seemingly being under the pump most of the game. A lucky one to get away with.
