“I think the real story here is everything that happened AFTER the game: Pythrr gained 3 skills one of which was a +str and now has a dirty player, he also earned enough cash to purchase his first Blitzer which brought his team back to 11 players for next game (and if it weren't for his soon to be beaten to a pulp Apoth, he would have 12).
After looking at the schedule, it looks like the tables have turned and Pythrr will be facing 10 players in his next game, good luck and stomp some woodie pulp!
Meanwhile the Nearsighted Nafflegangers skilled a player with block and picked up an Apoth (from a totally different college than Pythrr's) in anticipation of facing DTQ's Trademark Ogres . The Ogres are very short handed with only 4 Ogres and 2 gobbos but you know how Ogres react when backed into a corner.....”
