“Atlatl 1-1 Carolina

Atlatl hosted Carolina in this NFC South divisional rivalry. And both teams came with the same gameplan. Cripple their opponent and see what they can do about winning later. Atlatl known for their massive line of scrimmage was up against the equally large Panthorkz LoS and knew what they had to do.

Carolina won the toss and elected to recieve. The fans rushed the field (atlatl needs to pay its security forces better) and the cheering fans stunned half of the Falchions out. The orcs targeted Quin and KO'd him on their 1st block/blitz of the match. Each team then began dropping the 'F' Bombs (Fouls, I say!) right from the start of the game. And this proved to be a risky tactic for the Falchions as they are only able to suit up 10 guys on the best of days! Atlatl was able to MNG a BOB (You're welcome dw2k) and SPLOOSH! another, unfortunately the doc was able to patch em back together. The Panthorkz were returning the favors KOing several lizzies and Badly Hurting a their rookie Kroxigor. But the crowd roared when Pro-Bowler Kroy Bierman went down and was surrouned by the Orc Stomp Team. Sploosh was the sound and the crowd roared! The Falchions apoth. confirmed that it was only the sound of his 'Gator'-Aad on field water pack and Kroy was going to be able to continue playing, he was fouled to badly hurt the next turn. Carolina had played fast and loose with the ball and it was scooped up and Eirik was Seriously injured while Br'in stalled it on the 5 yard line until T7. Quin returned to be immediately KO'd on another dirty play and would decide to sit out the 2nd half.

The Falchions were receiving but only had 6 boys to play against Carolinas full team. The orcs in red stuffed the line and dropped the F Bomb om Atlatl's F-Bomber. Bend dropped a BOB (SI - docs say he will return in a couple weeks) and snuck in behind the Panthorkz defense. The orcs quickly (t2) had the falchions down to 3 boys on the field between a strong blocking strategy and solid tactical fouls (foul it if it's down, right?!?) until the ref decided to interfere. 3v8 and the Falchions were planning to score. But skinks cant pass and saurs cant catch so no TD for the Falchions. The Panthorkz were able to advance the ball safely down the field against the two remaining Saurs (man does playing with 2 saurs against a team sound familiar) but the orcs left Bend an orc within two spaces of the sidelines. Bend cried Surfs Up!, and sent an unsuspecting orc lineman into the crowd. (apathetic buggers only KO'd him). Carolina walked the ball in for the opening game tie with no lizards within 75 yards of them.
