“Classically silly early morning game this, Nuffle has a wicked sense of humour!
1-1 at the half, and I was attempting an 8 turn Elfstall (these Orcs were too agile for anything sooner). Typical sort of thing, me protecting the ball and shifting across the park, bxnyc trying to thin the Elves. It was all very interesting and cut and thrust before a skulls snakes / snakes in consecutive turns borked my chance of winning, and basically let the Orcs in. Hey ho.
In the rain, no less, nonchalantly, the sequence T16 was Troll blitz frees the ball, pickup, handoff to BOB (no rr used) and then.... snake over the line.
Descends into farce sometimes, this game we love. :D
