“A tough game, losing two of my three blitzers in the first few rounds. The weather didn't help much--it went from super-blinding sunshine to pouring rain, making ball-handling difficult for both sides. The difference came in when Dalvo beat Ogie down, requiring the apoth to save his life. Ogie wasn't too happy (understandably), and immediately sent Dalvo into dreamland for the rest of the game. With only one blitzer and no ogre, the Heroes didn't have the brute strength to match up against this opposing squad of humans, with surprise-surprise a couple Str 4's, and a blocking Ogre! Cuchillo paid the ultimate price in this game, losing a touch of his quickness on his feet, but he's thinking ahead towards retirement soon anyway, maybe coaching the linemen.

We'll play a tad understrength next game, but have no fear, the Heroes will still put on a good display! Forward, Heroes!”
