“Truly bizarre. In a vamps on vamps contest, all things even, I feel that Jace would have had this one down. As it was, my vamps spent the first half burning rerolls with OFAB, and his vamps spent the entire second half munching on thrally goodness.

The game ebbed and flowed, until the Anatomy crew started being carried off the field on stretchers - including one vamp who niggled while tackling a thrall (but regen'ed). Halfway through the second, five of Jace's players were left on the pitch - in a game where neither of us fouled, and the blocking wasn't over the top...

Each side employed running plays from start to finish, and spent much time jostling for position on the pitch. Unfortunately for the Anatomy mob, Thrall-a-licious simply ended up with more thrallpower available at the end. It seemed as though my unfortunate opponent's rolls were great - except in important situations.
