“This game was a bit of a farce. Norscia had 9 playesr to start, reduced to 8 when one of the 2 nigglers opted out of the game. Also not helping were the two handoicaps - palmed coin and buzzing (because the Norse really needed one less ball handler and one more frenzy....).

So starting with 7 players the Norse turned on some razzle dazzle early play to take a 1-0 lead mid first half. The Norse hightlights ended with the TD.

It was 1-1 at half time, 11 against 3; reduced to 11 against 2 in first turn and the Buccs scored quickly to take the lead. Then a BLITZ kickoff result gave the Buccs another quick TD. The fourth was a turnover caused by some great Buccs coaching.... and the fact it was 11 against 4 at the kickoff.

The Buccs could easily have had a 5th but the the rookie (first game) thrower failed a pickup turn 7; then turn 8 picked up and passed but the human catcher failed the catch.


And finally - after 3 and a half seasons the buccs get their first stat upgrade with an AG boost to Stuttering Vinny Edwards. In a post match interview Vinny said "This is wonderful and will r-r-r-r-r-really improve my g-g-g-game"
