“I got a good kick in his zone, but the kick result was getting a mummy stunned, which left a huge breach on my left flank. He went right through it and I couldn't knock down the carrier. 2-turn score for him and still not an elf thrown out. Ouch :(

On my possession, he got Blitz. Fortunately, the luck stabilized after this. I was able to get the ball with my blitzer and run forward some before he knocked the ball over. He took it in my zone, but I reached him with many skellys and he failed a dodge. I made a mistake which might have resulted in a TD for him, but in the end I secured the ball in my hands with little time before HT.

So now it was my half, 2 elfs missing and he has the ref. I took the ball with my blitzer and sent him forward with decent protection, foul-RIPing the nearby blitzer. (woo my first foul RIP! by Ripsy no less!). I advanced slowly on the right while half his team picked on my few skellys left on my left flank. I scored when he had 3 turns left.

So he has only 7 elfs left, no RR and 3 turns. And the kick was far from any of his players. He concentrated on blocking my LOS mummy and eventually failed a block. I tried going for the score with my blitzer, but he SId it (my first regen fail!). There wasn't enough time left for any of us to have a decent chance at scoring anymore.

1-1, fun game, and a blitzer to be replaced on each team :p
