“My second win with the flings!

A fun but slow paced game, with the trees really don't doing much good, apart from removing a Zombie from the pitch.

What really won me the day was superior numbers. My opponent only had 11 players and even with "it wasn't me" and "duh, where am I" against me, I had plenty to field, fastrunning and agile compared to the undeads...

My first drive took three turns, and ended with Morda Proudfoot running for the endzone out of my lunchbox.

My opponents first drive gets stopped by three halflings ganging up on a wight, the ball scattering, getting picked up by Morda again. The only Undead within range (a wight) gets diving tackled by a fling, and the ball ends up in a huge brawl on the midfield. After a failed undead pickup, a halfling dodges in, gets the ball, dodges out and hands off to another fling, who runs and dodges for the endzone. 2-0

The weather was very sunny, and my opponents second drive got thumped by a failed pass, and after a short fight I was able to grab the ball. After failing to get down a mummy and some failed dodges, his Ghoul finally gets stunned and out of simple politeness 4 of my flings went to the site of the accident to "check up" on the Ghoul.
Unfortunately, the injuries were far more severe than it first appeared, and the Ghoul had to be carried off the field.

After a desperate run for the endzone, and some flings getting maimed off the pitch on failed dodges and blocks, Benny managed to dodge away from the wight and score. 3-0.

Without a Ghoul, my opponent really had no chance of scoring, but he did manage to prevent me from scorering again, after a GFI cas on my part and him throwing away the ball..

My opponent was new to JBB, but I hope this game has got him hooked :)
And exiting game, and I'd be happy to match him again some time. ”
